Booking a course is easy.
You can reserve a place, or places, using our online form. We will then get back to confirm payment arrangements and further course details.

Please note when we issue the course joining details, nearer the date of the course you will be sent the RISK ASSESSMENT for the working area. At the beginning of the course you will be asked to sign to confirm that you have read the assessment .

The Branch reserves the right to cancel any course which is not viable – wherever possible participants will be offered a place on an alternative course or given a full refund, but this will be at the discretion of the Dorset Branch Committee.
If you wish to cancel your booking where possible we will try to transfer you to an alternative course. Reimbursement of the course fee is at the discretion of the Dorset Branch Committee.
Refunds – please note that we are happy to provide refunds but cannot make refunds in cash. A Bank transfer or cheque can be arranged by our Treasurer through the booking officer. We ask you to recognise that we are not a multi-national company or have a finance department and therefore getting a refund to you may take a little more time than you maybe use too.
