Members’ walling March-April 2025
March 1 - April 30
Please note occasional variations in dates and venues from those published on the yearly calendar. These things often happen, mainly due to weather conditions.
March
Sat 8th/ Sun 9th – Langton Herring churchyard
Sat 15th/ Sun 16th – possible extra day/ days at Langton Herring if needed to complete the wall.
Keep an eye out for emails about this after the weekend of 8th/ 9th
Sat 22nd/ Sun 23rd – Donkey Down – 1st session of the season + committee meeting.
April
Sat 5th/ Sun 6th – Sea Spray – Purbeck – 1st session of the season
Sat 12th/ Sun 13th – Donkey Down – preparation for the beginners course at the end of the month.
Sat 26th/ Sun 27th – Donkey Down – beginners course and members walling.
In addition there is the opportunity to join walling volunteers on most Mondays at Ham Hill Country Park, near Yeovil, just over the county border in South Somerset. Contact Geoff Rowland for more details.
